Dosages

Shake well before use. Take directly or add to a small amount of water or juice.

• Adults: 1–2 ml (approx. 20–40 drops), 2–3 times daily.
• Children (5–12 years): 0.5–1 ml once or twice daily.

We use Royal Mail 48 for all UK orders by default. Your order will typically arrive within 2–3 days after dispatch. Upgrade to Royal Mail 24 at checkout. Orders over £45 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Issues

• Delayed orders: If your order has not arrived within 5 days of dispatch, please get in touch.
• Lost orders: If confirmed lost (15 days UK / 20 days international), we will send a replacement immediately.

International Deliveries

We ship to Europe via AirMail International, typically 7–10 days. Tracked within the UK only, signature required on delivery.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch and receive a full refund — no questions asked.

Returns

Return the item undamaged with the tamper-evident seal intact. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly.

Package returns securely and use a tracked postal service. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in the post.
