Shipping Information

By default, we use Royal Mail 48 for all UK orders. This means your order usually will be with you within 2 to 3 days after dispatch. If you prefer faster delivery, you can choose Royal Mail 24 at checkout.

Delivery Issues

• Delayed Orders: If your order does not arrive within 5 days, please let us know.
• Lost Orders: In the rare event that your order is lost in the post (not reaching you within 15 days for UK orders and 20 days for international orders), we will send you a replacement immediately. We kindly request you to wait until this time has passed, as in most cases the package will arrive late.

International Deliveries

We use AirMail International shipment for deliveries to Europe, which usually takes 7 to 10 days for delivery. This service is tracked within the UK only and requires a signature on delivery. If your item(s) does not arrive and this is confirmed by Royal Mail, we will issue a refund.

Please note that we will not issue a refund if your item is delivered to your specified address and a signature is obtained. By selecting this service, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Undeliverable Items

If your order cannot be delivered for any reason and is returned to us, the cost of the order will be refunded, less any expenses incurred due to postage and packaging costs. Please ensure your delivery address is secure and that you are guaranteed to receive your item.

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel an order at any time up to dispatch and receive a full refund.

Returns

If you wish to change your mind, that is fine. However, you must return the item to us undamaged with the tamper-evident seals intact.
