Dosages

Add to food or water, or administer directly by mouth.

• Small pets / cats (under 5kg): 0.25–0.5 ml once or twice daily.
• Medium dogs (5–20kg): 0.5–1 ml twice daily.
• Large dogs (20kg+): 1–2 ml twice daily.
• Consult your vet before use if your pet is on medication or pregnant.

Delivery Issues

• Delayed orders: If your order has not arrived within 5 days of dispatch, please get in touch.
• Lost orders: If confirmed lost (15 days UK / 20 days international), we will send a replacement immediately.

International Deliveries

We ship to Europe via AirMail International, typically 7–10 days. Tracked within the UK only, signature required on delivery.

Returns

Return the item undamaged with the tamper-evident seal intact. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly.
