We use Royal Mail 48 for all UK orders by default. Your order will typically arrive within 2–3 days after dispatch. Upgrade to Royal Mail 24 at checkout. Orders over £45 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Issues

• Delayed orders: If your order has not arrived within 5 days of dispatch, please get in touch.
• Lost orders: If confirmed lost (15 days UK / 20 days international), we will send a replacement immediately.

International Deliveries

We ship to Europe via AirMail International, typically 7–10 days. Tracked within the UK only, signature required on delivery.
