We use Royal Mail 48 for all UK orders by default. Your order will typically arrive within 2–3 days after dispatch. Need it sooner? Upgrade to Royal Mail 24 at checkout. Orders over £45 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Issues

• Delayed orders: If your order has not arrived within 5 days of dispatch, please get in touch with us.
• Lost orders: In the rare event your order is lost (not received within 15 days for UK orders or 20 days for international orders), we will send a replacement immediately.

International Deliveries

We ship to Europe via AirMail International, which typically takes 7–10 days. This service is tracked within the UK only and requires a signature upon delivery.

Returns

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return it to us, provided the item is undamaged and the tamper-evident seal remains fully intact. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly.

Please ensure returns are packaged securely. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in the post.
