Traditionally used a chamomile glycerin-based tincture for dogs who vomit when they get overexcited.
A combination of cooled chamomile tea and saline solution can be used as an anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial eyewash for dogs with conjunctivitis.

Directions:

Traditionally given 0.25 to 0.5 ml per 20 pounds of body weight twice daily or as directed by a veterinarian.(Before giving your dog chamomile in any form, it is best to consult your veterinarian to determine the correct dosage.)

BEST way to give drops! Add to food.  Add drops to a small portion of a favourite food or treat and ensure the entire amount is consumed.

Shake well before use.

Does not require refrigeration.

Dosages:

Suggested dosages may need to be adjusted depending on the individual’s response. If vomiting, diarrhea or other signs of intolerance occur, the remedy should be stopped for two days, and then ½ the original dose can be administered to see if the lower dose can be tolerated.

Never give your pet two doses at once or give extra doses.

Warnings:

Always check for sensitivity before feeding this herb, especially if your companion is already prone to hay fever or other plant allergies. Apply a small amount of the preparation to your dog’s skin. If no redness or other reactions are observed within a couple of hours, feed just a drop or two and watch for anything out of the ordinary.
